A bucket of dirt,
I've grown to love.
A rank scent
Of mold and mildew;
A welcome stench.
I grasp the sticky silt of creation.
Mushy earth sticks to canvas wrapped in wood,
As palms turn fluffy loops.
Clay turns circles into
Cylinders with calm
Curves and cut angles;
Craving form.
